00:00:709 (1) - I think this kind of repeat confuses beginner. (there are many like this)
(Also it doesn't play good) try to repeat only 1 time. (try slider+slider)

00:30:688 (1) - ^
00:47:476 (1) - this repeats 2 time but later sliders only 1 time, this can really confuse beginners

00:55:582 (4,1) - previous 1,2,3,4 and next 1,2,3,4 is ok but this two looks kinda not good to me o.o

0:13:899 [4] - Add a finish here?
0:18:696 [1] - Remove the finish here, and...
0:19:895 [3] - Add it here instead?
0:23:193 [3] - Add a clap here.
0:23:493 [4] - Add a finish here?
0:40:281 [1] - Maybe add another reverse here.

[Fast]
0:12:101 [3-5] - Move one grid right (grid level 3).
0:32:486 & 0:33:236 - Add a circle here, to go together with the singer.
0:47:476 [1] - This note is early by 1/8 beats, but I don't know if its a good idea to move it, since most of the notes so far only uses 1/4 beats. Up to you to decide.
0:53:771 [2] - How about adding one more reverse and moving it so that it starts at 0:53:621 instead? This is to follow the singer's "Akire-something-".
1:03:365 [2] - Same case here.

[Speed of Light]
No major issues here. The jumps here did made my heart jump, literally, since they were so fast.
0:42:529 [5] - Maybe new combo here, with the red colour instead? Since this is Sena's number...

Well you asked me to mod your map in my queue but I'm pretty late (was busy and stuff ;_;)

Didn't really find anything though after a quick check just now....

So you can have this star o.o (like the song too for some reason :3)

General:
Set BPM to 100.00, because timing starts going off near the end. Offset's still good, I think.

Fast:
Is there really a reason to use slider tick rate of 4 instead of, say, 2? Right now ticks look a bit too crowded, and doesn't fit the music either.
(It looks okay in speed of light since the slider velocity is higher).

Speed of light:
00:06:706 (1,2,3,4) - Doesn't match with vocal, maybe try

or something.

Almost flawless set of maps. Starred!

BPM: rounded 100.00(x0.5) or 200.00 (x1)
for the Speed Of Light difficulty, it's better to use 200 BPM, there are some possible1/8 stream with 100 BPM
if use decide to use 200 BPM, just half the Slider Velocity and the Tick Rate
Offset: from+6 to +12
