I want to try and make a beatmap for Heart Wave - which is the theme song for the Japanese version of Megaman Star Force. Plus I feel it'd be a pretty good song for me to make my very first beatmap out of.
Thing is, I can't seem to get the BPM and offset right, could I get a little help please? ^^;
