My Logitech K400 Wireless Touch Keyboard works right out of the box... Whether it's Ubuntu or Windows. Do some research on reliable brands instead of asking for wireless support (As I am pretty sure the support already exists).
Bluetooth-based devices are a completely different story. Same with gaming controllers.
Lastly, what you're asking for is an OS problem, not an osu! problem. Check with your operating system for device support.
As a side note, the only driverless pheripherals I know of are ZOWIE branded mice, which are wired.
