How do you stop the skin from having colours on the hit circle and approach circle

Inside skin.ini under [Colours] section, put
Combo1, Combo2, Combo3, Combo4
to your desired color using RGB values.
Example for white
[Colours]
Combo1: 255,255,255
Combo2: 255,255,255
Combo3: 255,255,255
Combo4: 255,255,255
