I'm looking for advice on how should I make my beatmaps, as I experiment with my music, which isn't really isn't the normie type.It's just weird. A friend suggested I should try to make beatmaps to promote my music.But don't know what to do.

Teach yourself how to use the editor if you want to make your own beatmaps. Your first few maps won't be great, but just give it a shot. 
It's the same whether it's your own music or someone else's when you're talking about making a map.
