So, basically my problem is that the current driver for the Huion H420 that I have does not tell me the actual dimensions of the area as I change it, thus I do not know if I'm at 16:9 ratio (monitor resolution is 1920x1080, osu! is 1920x1080). I see pictures of people's drivers showing the dimensions like this:

As can be seen, with my current driver, I have no way to know the dimensions of the area. The "Screen Ratio" button only sets it to 16:9 using full area, and dragging from the corners does not keep the ratio, it just lets you adjust horizontally and vertically at your leisure.
Am I doing something wrong? Missing some feature of the driver? Are there other drivers compatible with the Huion H420 that tells you the area dimensions?
