Whatever feels comfortable to you. I personally think low sensitivity is better to accurately hit jumps and have more control of the objects in general, unlike high sensitivity.
There is no such thing as a recommended sensitivity. It's mostly preference. Also sensitivity X for one person may be completely different for another person due to a different mouse DPI, screen resolution and game resolution.
