Download all CTB Specific maps, then go to Osu. There are two categories you can search for maps, put the first one as "Mode" (select CTB), the second one as Difficulty. Now FC all ranked maps from easiest to hardest. Once you finish with AugoEidEs you should have at least 7kpp.

It's just AR bonus. Modes don't change AR bonus exept if the mode change the AR itself (EZ/HR/DT/HT).
HD add another bonus scaled by AR but it's different. x1.8pp for ar0, -0.075 per ar to a minimum of x1.05pp with ar10-11
