Opening is easily Mirai Nikki's OP 1, Kuusou Mesorogiwi and the incredible imagery make it so good to watch, just watching it now after seeing the series 3 or 4 times i want to watch it again!

For ending i would say it's probably Minna No Peace from Gurren Lagann,just...the last time it's played at the end of the series....*sniffle*

This song is so terrfficly famous that it has actually been recorded in many piano textbooks and famously world-wide. Not one OST can contend with this song.
