GENERAL:
1. Very first tournament hosted by Illinon.
2. This is an osu!standard tournament
2. 32 teams at a maximum.
3. Teams who sign up first have priority.
4. Map selecting and referee jobs are open for all ranks.
5. There will be no teams released to the public until the draw under any circumstances
• Tournament Management will tell the captains privately when they have been accepted.
RULES:
1. This tournament is a 3v3 team international tournament
• There will be up to 5 players in teach team, where one is player is captain and one will be vice-captain.
• There is a minimum of 3 players in each team.
• Map Selectors may participate in the tournament.
2. Map scoring will be with “Team VS” and “Score V2”
3. Beatmaps for each round will be announced by the Wednesday before the actual match.
• One beatmap will be used as tiebreaker
4. Matches will be held on Sunday (UTC+10)
• Preferred times will be considered so put one down or it will be random
• Matches will be announced along with the beatmaps
5. Double elimination rules apply FROM ROUND OF 16 ONWARDS
6. If there is no staff/referee available, the match will be postponed
7. Failed scores will count towards the total
8. If a specific beatmap ends in a draw, then the map will be played again
9. Disconnection will count as a fail, and may be given a retry.
• The referee/staff will decide.
10. Beatmaps cannot be used in the same match unless it was nullified
11. If less than 3 players attend, it will be postponed by a maximum of 10 minutes
• After 10 minutes, then that team will be disqualified
• If neither teams have the same amount of team members, then the match will be postponed
12. Exchanging players is allowed in between beatmaps.
13. If a player disconnects and cannot provide an exchange, then there will be a 10 minute waiting period.
• If no player comes by the end of the 10 minutes the team is disqualified
14. There is to be no foul language or acts during the matches. Penalties apply.
• Including banning from the entire tournament

WINNING CONDITIONS:
• Round of 32 and 16 – Best of 5 (3 to win)
• Quarter Finals and Semi Finals – Best of 7 (4 to win)
• Finals – Best of 9 (5 to win)
MATCH INSTRUCTIONS:
1. A referee will create a multiplayer room 15 minutes in advanced
• This is the time where players gather around
• Multiplayer room names will be as follows “Team Name vs Team Name” where the team that is mentioned first will be the blue team and the other will be red.
• Passwords will be sent to the team captain and vice-captain. They are responsible for giving the password to their team members.
2. Players are free to pick up to one warm up map.
3. Each captain can ban two maps. If the captain is not available then another player will do it.
• The captain may choose to use only one ban.
• However, at least one ban must be used.
4. A player from each team will use “!roll” after the warmup maps. (captain priority)
• The winner decides on the first map
• The loser bans two maps first
5. Players may pick freely (captain priority) from any mappool.
• In case of a tie, the tiebreaker map will be used
• The same team may not pick from the same bracket twice in a row
6. Results will be published by admin on http://www.challonge.com (once draw is released)
