Lot's of these are small suggestions, HD is also very solid.

Mod
MX is literally HD with some extra notes, be a bit more creative :) There are still some unused sounds:
  1. 00:09:388 (9388|0) - The claps are uncharted, plus you could easily add some doubles on notes such as 00:10:325 (10325|2) to make it more interesting
  2. 00:25:325 (25325|3) - You're not using all of these sounds, for example here 00:24:388 (24388|3) you could add a 1/2 hold. You could make this section more interesting with hold patterns.
  3. 00:31:888 (31888|1) - Has 1/4's.
  4. 00:39:388 (39388|1) - Also has 1/4's
  5. 00:45:013 (45013|2) - Here you could do something with the vocals
  6. 00:46:184 (46184|2) - Riser hold
The Kiai is a bit more difficult, since you used all the sounds. To make it more interesting, I'd suggest adding triples and maybe more holds?
Tl;dr, don't copy HD and add extra notes. Scrap MX and start over, and try to aim for something that's unique :)
Really good mapset, too bad that MX is a bit lacking. Feel free to apply again when MX is improved! I'd love to see what you'll come up with :D

80% vol is really high and it's kinda weird how it just randomly drops to 50% quickly for the first set of SVs and then never again

Some hitsound inconsistencies, for example 01:01:653 (61653|3) - on the MX has a clap but on the HD it has a whistle, the whole first section of the HD has no hitsounds etc. go through and fix them all
