It is always a problem with children believing they are cool hackers by filling the IRC server with spam or hate messages
while using proxies to avoid a ban. In eradicating this problem I believe an effective measure would require people to
have an osu! account and then use that same name with a non-osu! client. When logging into the server you would be
required to send your password to BanchoBot to confirm you are that user.
