No. Fallback is not a supported build and is used as a last resort for those with low end PCs. There's nothing wrong with using Stable(Latest) and up.

That's exactly what Stable (Fallback) is for; not to have the most recent updates to maximize compatibility. Having it have the newest updates would beat its purpose.
