00:45:976 (1) - When making these kind of sliders, you can avoid the sharp curves by adding more sliderpoints. I strongly suggest you to make it look more like this.

The constant overlapping + change of direction is really confusing to play, if you want to keep this i'd recommend reducing HP drain by at least 1 tick, although it's still gonna hurt people wanting to FC.
2nd break is too long, shorten it, aim for a max of 15 seconds.
