NF and EZ have a pp penalty. HT gives less pp according to it's reduced star rating.
DT/HD/FL/FI don't have a direct bonus, but give slightly more score, indirectly giving a bit more pp, compared to plays that have the same distribution of judgments. The score bonus is pretty small, and it becomes closer to 0 the closer the play is to a SS.
Plays with DT give pp as if it there wasn't a star rating increase compared to No Mod. Because of that, in practice it's usually much harder to get pp with DT compared to No Mod.
HR is an unranked mod.
