How do you change the font of the numbers (like the score)

I need help changing the font of the numbers :P like in another skin i have a certain font on the score numbers or whatever and i want to copy and paste them onto a different skin .-.

If you just want to copy and paste, the files should be score-x.png, with "x" being the actual number.
