Hit error histogram at score page

Add a hit error histogram at score page to better represent the hit error distribution of a gameplay. It can be shown along side the original hit error information, i.e. when you hover the cursor over the HP chart, it pops up.

While it may be good in general, don't you think it'd be a bit messy? If you misinterpretate some rhythms, the lines will all go nuts.
