i get you're trying to fill the gap between elvis' and you but don't forget advanced, which never maps on red ticks even on kiais I didn't base much on spread bc diffs around me are being worked on, but I think it's quite approriate to the spacing of the jumps, also it's always only a quater of the Kiai being high-spaced and the next one lower since the song is a bit calmer so that's also intended to give the player a nice rest

(looking at the recently posted update by Tatsuyu)

looking at the first Kiai and the section afterwards in N/A's Normal it rather looks like Advanced due to all those filler-notes and passive 1/1-gaps, while Tatsuyu's Advanced looks like a Normal at the first Kiai as it doesn't have a single filler-note and even simplifies at some places, goes 1/1-chains afterwards but then even goes super-Beginner-mode at 01:28:704 (1,1,1) lol

seems like it would be much easier to buff Tatsuyu's diff at those super-easy parts, but I wouldn't necessarily call N/A's diff a Normal either lul

00:17:627 (4,5) - please don't use double stacks on hards >_>, it's like something that i strugled with so much in insanes/even extras at some ranks back in the day, and holy it was so annoying, trust me here bonsai use a 1/4 slider here instead, it'll catch both of the same sounds and it will be soo much easier to play. All the beginners will thank you for this while they appear later in the map too and are simply something a player should learn instead of mappers avoiding it, I see that it might be too intense for this calm part of the song, fixed ^^
00:19:012 - consider adding a break since there's no vocals only the guitar which could be ignored, also breaks are really good in easier diffs :^) and i understand the previous parts without breaks, but this is almost 4 measures of nothing :/ eh, it's either breaks everywhere or nowhere, making it inconsistent would be weird as there is nothing significant changing in the song
00:26:165 - here a break would be good too, here it would have been even better since there would have been a pause and a nice calm welcome into the pre-chorus part I don't really think that players already need breaks after 25 calm seconds ^^

And in terms of timing, i checked agian (the first time i only checked like the first 2 seconds of the map) and you are correct everything does feel a bit late later on in the song, but i think ~10 it's acceptable or something so i guess it can stay or ~+6 i would give it

basically since he have his offset on timing line changed, lots of sliders screwed up (but not to me cuz i use 1.0x all the way down)

I was going for the hihats but now that seems a little bit hard to notice. BUT, after thinking for a while I decided to keep them. for the difficulty's sake I can't put that much 1/2s, and I hope the note density can be higher so it will be easy to feel the part is dense.
first, under the concept, it's kinda hard to make 00:45:439 - followed (yes you can just make the previous slider reverse, but that will create a bigger 3/2 gap after that).
second, I assume that places like 00:45:323 - is necessary to link up from 1/2 to 1/1 (e.g. from 00:44:400 (1,2) - to 00:46:016 (4) - ).
third, I'm trying to keep the density on 00:45:323 (3,4) - a little bit lower than 00:49:016 (3,4) - (the hell should i explain that, but I know you can understand what I mean) so i took 1/1 long sliders. That's the reason why I didn't change.

Also, i adjusted both HP and AR. they should be balanced now.
