Timing:

BPM should be 90 instead of 135, using 1/3 or 1/6 snap divisor.
Please note that if you do change the BPM, you will have to change the slider velocity too. Here's a little tip:
For easy, change the slider velocity to 1,50
For normal, change the slider velocity to 1,80
For hard, change the slider velocity to 2,40

Remember to change snap divisor to 1/3 or 1/6 before applying these changes or else, you won't like the results.
I will also recommend to delete all green sections too while doing this to be 100% sure that the sliders will get the proper slider velocity. Just copy paste from your .osu file the timing section and paste it else where.

Also one last thing... at 00:52:366, main beat alignment changes. Hmm... i don't remember if it's strictly required to have it aligned, so you may ignore this.

Easy:

00:35:477 - Consider adding a circle here

Louis's Normal:

00:24:143 - The beat in this spot is too strong to be ignored imo. So i don't recomend to have it as slider tick, or map it other way so that beat doesn't sound so strong... Dont know if you know what i mean =[
00:43:032 (1) - I suggest something more like... http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/52203 (check timeline placement)

Beam's Hard:

00:34:588 (4) - Sounds better if it were placed at 00:34:366. Or you could keep that note where it is and add a circle at 00:34:366

00:47:032(all four spinners) the music is reaching a climax, so I think it the spinners should not only have finishes, but also the finishes should increase in sound
00:53:032(1,2,3,1,2,3,4) This hexagon is a little messed up. There isn't one way to fix it, but think you should at least have combo 1 be in the same place as combo 1 in 00:57:699

looks fine, just some notes just seem a little out of place and some spacings are a little funky, but it's still very easily readable

01:22:143(5) I think the slider should continue following the length of 1,2,3 and 4 (meaning 5 should star at 1:22:366) just because it has been following a pattern since 1:13:699, it seems a little weird to suddenly go out of the pattern.

00:40:810(2) the finish seems awkwardly placed. Maybe place 2 finishes at 00:41:032 and 00:41:699
01:22:143(2,3,4,5,6) it looks like you weren't trying to make a star shape, but I think a star shape would fit well.

And,I know no one'll read it,but:
Hard difficulty was used to be an average difficulty,but Insane didn't come up yet.
Prolly it'll come later.
So don't count it as "the hardest difficulty in mapset".

Change the offset to 380, change the time signature to 3/4 (do this in the setup panel) and resnap all notes.
Change source to "Final Fantasy IX" as that is the official title of the game.
00:47:032 (1,1,1,1) - These should be arranged the same way in Easy as they are in Normal. No reason for it to be different.
00:52:366 - I would set the preview point here instead as it's the most distinct, memorable and repeated part of the song.

Normal and Hard would greatly benefit from increased difficulty settings. Hard in particular looks cleaner and plays much more comfortably with an Approach Rate of 7, for example. Please raise everything barring circle size accordingly.

And...that's it! Good work. It's nice to see maps of this quality come out of nowhere. In the future, though, you'll probably find making symmetrical sliders a lot easier if you follow this. Yep.

EDIT: Some minor IRC stuff involving combos and spacing and we're done. Bubbled.
