BPM is fine, but I think it sounds better doubled. >_>
Offset: 11,455 sounds a bit better IMO.
Also if you're gonna keep it at 90 BPM, I suggest upping the slider ticks from 2 to 4. Just sounds better that way, IMO. If you do change the BPM to double, though, keep it at 2. =3

Either it's because I tweaked the timing but Easy uses quarter snaps - that's generally advised against because it's awkward and unpredictable. Whole notes are friendliest, but a good half note here or there never hurt anyone. The second half of the song has a better feel to it to me, being snapped less awkwardly.
Hard:
Looks pretty good to me. The transitions between vocals and other instruments are quite nice.

Place less beats on 1/4 beats and move them to 1/1 beats or maybe 1/2 beats. This won't really apply for the hard map, but certainly for easy maps. A lot of this is my personal preference, so I won't not rank this if you don't go through all of these, but I do think they sound better and play better for an easy map.
