00:01:015 - personally, I would continue to put single notes that follow the clock ticks, since there are players like me that may feel uncomfortability when there's a sound constantly ticking and there'll be parts that there is a note for it. (maybe it's just me lol). There are also parts that vocals are accompanied by those ticks, like at 00:12:265 - , so putting a note there can actually not make it feel weird.

00:13:203 (13203|1) - perhaps putting it in column 3 could avoid a trill-like structure for the left hand, specifically 00:13:203 (13203|1,13437|0,13671|1) - . Same situation with 00:15:078 (15078|2) - , 00:16:953 (16953|1) -

00:27:031 - not really sure why you didn't add a note here, since you have a note at 00:28:906 - , 00:30:781 - and so on
00:29:843 - same thing here, since you have a note at 00:27:968 - , 00:31:718 - and so on.

03:33:124 - another small suggestion here.
