Worst game communities for me probably are Rainbow Six Siege, most battle royales, and rocket league

I'd have to say League of Legends, since every game it seems like there is always that one person who is toxic and wants to ruin the game for you. I never understand those kind of people like why do they even play league in the first place it's a team game for a reason. The second one I'd say fortnite.
For me it is the tmuf 2019 community it is now ppl wanting to be as toxic as WHAT IS GOING ON NOW?!?!?!?!?!?!?

I've gotta say Splatoon's community. It's the perfect toxic fandom. You have the normal people who you could have an actual normal conversation with, then the adult content (most of the ingame characters are 14), the general rudeness of some people, it's a perfect mix!

Geometry Dash's (especially the Spanish community) is the worst I've ever been by far

Geometry Dash has an incredibly inmature and toxic fandom, way above the reasonable degree.
osu! is moderately toxic imo and far from the games I consider toxic, with varying degrees depending of the gamemode (STD being by far the most toxic, and taiko the least).

2020: league now has toxic edaters & non english speaking sweats on the NA server. can't say the community has improved.

I genuinely don't understand why many people hate the osu! community. You'll find people who act horrible and stupid everywhere, and osu! does not have that many people who act that way. In my opinion, I think osu!'s community is a friendly one.
Me neither. I've yet to meet one toxic guy in osu!, meanwhile getting salty people is the norm in CS:GO and Overwatch. From what I've seen, the osu! community is alright, and, IMHO, encouraging conversation and participation.
On an unrelated note, the osu! community is multilingual. That's not really the case with CS:GO because most of the Russophones playing there consider the CS:GO community as their backyard.
