It's just a problem with Sticky Keys, a feature of Windows that pressing the Shift key 5 times get an annoying message that makes you do fail.

Is how to disable it, but use the Osu! Portable and annoying.

I only ask that if Osu! can turn it off automatically.

I use the Shift in CTB.

Since it's a Windows key macro, I doubt that osu! can just "disable" it. By the way, you can change your key bindings in Options:

Control Panel > Ease of Access/Accessibility > Make the keyboard easier to use (Win7) > Set up Sticky Keys >
Uncheck "Turn on Sticky Keys when SHIFT is pressed five times"

Unless you normally use StickyKeys, I would just disable it completely.
That goes for the other like Keys.

I'm assuming that the poster knows how to disable sticky keys, but plays osu! from a thumb/usb drive on different computers. Thus, having to disable sticky keys every time is annoying.

I'm pretty sure there's no way to programmatically ignore stickeykeys, or every game in existence would already do so.
