well, for me it look less offsetted than most osu!'s map.
I took S on the Hard (can't see the Acc), and there are seemingly non-offsetted map that i've taken an A for being somewhat of.
Well, the 20ms earlier thing is because almost all osu! player hear a note earlier that they should click, plus add the fact that the song is slow and most of osu! players are very rushy while playing.
just saying that is not fair to had unranked this(as there are an awfull lot of map that are more off)... it'll be fair if it was reranked after some of those fix some suggested.
Testplay Result:
-I seem to get more error in the last part ( mistimed hit went from 3ms early to 25ms in the last part ), there could be something like an anticipando at the end as i've got the sensation of it becoming a bit faster slowly.
final result:
2-to-8 ms early at the start, 3ms late to 3ms early at the mid, 15ms to 25ms early at the end.
Means offset-jump or bit higher BPM at the end
