I would really like to see an osu! tourney mode as people who aren't experienced as say, WubWoofWolf or Cookiezi, can get the taste of what it's like to be in an osu! tournament. Also, it should be completely free and not just for osu!Supporters. It could range from osu! to taiko and osu! mania. This is what i'd like to see in osu!'s future. thanks for reading and have a lovely day.

This sounds kinda useless.

Tournaments can be arranged by anyone and I'm pretty sure there also are tournaments for people that aren't in the top 10,000 etc. just look around or grab some people and organize an event yourself! I don't believe this needs an specific tournament mode and I can't see how it could be implemented either.

There's already a way to organize tournaments. The subforum Tournaments. When you ask kindly you also get access to the Tournament Client mode for streaming the event.
