I'm not that good at mappping/modding but I'll try:

Insane:
SPOILER
  • 00:11:835 (3,4,5) - why not blanket these?
    00:42:707 (1,2) - let them be a bit more seperated looks better
    I think you overdid it a bit with the clap sounds at the beginning. The song is calm why make the hitsounds so wild

  • 00:25:440 (2) - why make the one notes close when beforre afterwards there are only jumps disrupt the flow imo
    00:30:673 (3,4,5) - why not blanket these :)
    00:33:289 (5,6) - why use DS 1,5 instead of staying at 1,2
    00:40:789 (7,8) - this also disrups the flow imo. Try letting the jumps end in the slider
    00:51:777 (4,5,6) - make them evenly spaced going towards the slider. would make it look much better
    01:21:428 (2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1) - this whole stream looks not soo good try making it smoother more round (and don't let it have some awkward little peaks ;) )
    01:25:673 (4,5) - those 2 have to be on 1/3 notes like http://puu.sh/o0wWw/3df94e7b53.jpg
    01:27:417 (1) - same goes for this ^^;
    hitsounds same as in the Insane version

even though it's small I hope my mod will help
some of them are just aesthetic that are totally my opinion

A lot of the sliders you have mapped start on the offbeat. Take a look at this page and have a quick read of offbeat sliders https://osu.ppy.sh/wiki/Music_Theory#Downbeat.2C_onbeat - they're generally just awkward to play. It also means a lot of the map can't be modded with new combo suggestions yet because quite a bit of it is in need of an edit :(
