[Archived] Cursor slowing down at the edge of the screen

Problem Details: My in game cursor slows down whenever it touches the border. It's annoying when I'm playing relax CTB when I'm moving my mouse and it hits the top of the screen and it slows down.

I have the same issue and I really hope someone knows how to fix it because it's a pretty big problem when playing maps with fullscreen jumps.
