I am not sure why..
Make sure your username is entered into the "beatmap creator" field in the song setup
Try restarting osu or logging out and then back in with your account and trying again
Are you logged into the forums while submitting? (shouldn't matter)
Does everything else work correctly?

Nothing works. I've restarted my computer, reset my password, restarted Osu a hundred times, closed my firewall, everything I could think of. It won't let me sign in in the game, nor can I access the in-game chat. It goes as far as saying my username at the top, and then "Loading stats" but it never loads.
Oh you can't connect to bancho, that's why you can't upload
Read this thread and any other connecting threads in the help forum and make sure you have tried everything. Otherwise try posting in that thread to find any other solutions
