I feel like you are trying to create a repeating cycle for each pattern, is it intentional? As I do not think the song supports it, and it seems repetitive. It is intentional and everyone has their own way of looking at the song and i think what i did is june fine.

01:34:862 (3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - this part might be better if u do something that resembles 01:24:755 (1,2,3,1,2,3,4) - cause thats beautiful. Thank you. Timing advice: Yes, I know that neither you nor any of your guest mappers have put any hit notes in the intro, and thus you have fairly ignored timing it, but I was kind of expecting proper timing in that section, for the sake of mapping the intro in any difficulty higher than Normal. At least the BPM's steady where you set the offset, which is what really matters, and there's luckily no BPM change again after that, but if you still want the intro timed, here's the code to paste all of your .osu files via Notepad, before the line where it says "12242,320.855614973262,4,2,1,60,1,0":

Since this part is an immediate next chord after the one containing the slider pair at 01:16:092 (2,3) -, and not in a new 4-chord set yet, if incoming players aren't paying attention to the singer's rhythm and are instead focusing on the instruments' rhythm, they could probably expect a repeat of the slider pair from 01:16:092 (2,3) -, with a white-tick snap. It could be a small percentage of new players who would make this mistake, but I'm letting you know about this as a consideration.
01:44:648 (2,3) - Kind of a similar ordeal, but this time, we're comparing it to 01:39:675 (2,3) -. You'd probably say that the section at 1:44 is just emphasizing the singer saying "NEHH," and honestly, I sort of agree, but I'm concerned about a beginner's expectations of some kind of repetition, just so they can train themselves and not be overwhelmed by pattern changes.

Other than that, not much else.

-Misaka's LIGHT INSANE

00:13:204 (2,3,4,5,1) - I feel as though this is potentially over-stacked, as Light-Insane players would typically be used to 3 notes stacked on top of each other at once (or 2 hit circles, followed by the start of a slider), not 5. Even though it is introduced in the beginning of the beatmap, it's concerning to me nonetheless, and if it needs to be changed, it should be changed to the 3-stack method with a longer slider, maybe one with a curve. It's really a suggestion, considering you have the similar setup at 01:14:808 (4,5,6,7,1) -, but keep it in mind.
In the second-half of the Kiai time, you have more triple-blue-tick-stacked hit object sets than in the first half for every 4-measure (big white tick) chord section. I can understand very well if Misaka did it to vary the intensity of the second part of the chorus, but take 01:35:664 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4,5,6) -. In this section, there's 3 of those stacks, each mostly starting on the second red tick after the each big white tick that comes after the first one: 01:37:268 (5,6,7) -, 01:38:712 (2,3,4) -, 01:40:316 (4,5,6) -.

In the next chord section at 01:40:798 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4,5) -, Misaka's introduced it a measure earlier in order to omit its placement in the second measure of the chord section, understandably to make the flow consistent, but maybe it wouldn't hurt to sacrifice this stack. That's on either you or Misaka to decide. There are more examples of this, but I think I made my point.

You've only implemented it one time before this point, and that's at 00:32:776 (3,4) -. You introduce it one more time after 1:17, at 01:38:231 (1,2) -, but a similar rate doesn't apply for the time between 0:32 and 1:17.

You said to mod the GD's and just any of your own diffs, so I'll stop here. Keep in mind that if my mapping advice isn't really helpful, I'm a rookie at doing this, and not close to being an expert yet. At the very least, I hope you find my timing advice helpful. Have a nice day!

Thanks but Im not gonna map this because i feel like intro this long should be mapped in full ver but not in tv size and same reason for the last part of this cut version.

00:24:434 (3) - Change the angle of this slider a bit to the right, would make the pattern flow a bit better
00:49:461 (1,2,3,4,5) - I love the flow here
01:23:792 (4) - Slider tail could look better and make the flow look more nicer if it ended a bit more higher
01:30:049 (2,3) - The jump from 2 - 3 feels awkward because the first jumps have a higher distance gap and this one has a low distance gap

00:13:846 (2,3,4) - I find the choice of rhythm here a bit weird, by using a 1/1 slider for (2) you skip the instrument in the foreground and also have the strong sound at 00:14:167 as a sliderend. Assuming you want to keep it a bit different from the later parts, replacing (2) and (3) with 1/2 sliders would fit better imo
00:15:129 (2,3,4) - ^
00:17:696 (2) - Would look better if you made it orthogonal to 00:17:375 (1) imo (just rotate (1) by 90 degrees). This also makes the curve into the circles after a bit nicer I think.
00:22:348 (6,1) - Move it to the lower left a little to avoid overlapping the two sliderends? You could make it so the distance between the sliderends, and the end of (1) to 00:22:188 (5) are the same distance, would look neater.
00:33:418 (3,4) - Why not make this another 1/4 repeat slider like 00:33:739 (5)? It'd fit the song better imo. That said, I also find the aesthetics of this a bit weird as it is now.
00:37:589 (4,5) - Could move it a bit to avoid the mini overlap on 00:38:552 (6) which I don't think looks good
00:49:942 (2,3) - Why space out this but not the others?
00:56:520 (2,3,4,1) - I think you should make this a perfect square, it's a bit uncanny rn
01:03:578 (6) - The piano on the red tick at 01:03:739 is pretty strong, so I think it'd be more fitting if you emphasized that, and the piano in general, rather than the background drums, which I don't find particularly notable. Something like this perhaps?

Kinda like the old style of my map XDDDDDDDDD I dont feel like its ruining the flow. I might be wrong though but im keeping it.

I suggest to add more 3/2 patterns for part with a 3/2 melody, like for 00:26:359 (1) - im really having a hard time mapping this part on lower diff thats why it looks weird. made 00:34:060 (1) - a slider instead
Something you could do too is using a slider for 00:34:060 (1) - then it won't be annoying for the player since he would only have to click on white ticks.
01:17:696 (1,2,3) - I really think this pattern is difficult compared to the rest of the diff. I'd suggest using a 3/2 slider for 01:18:177 (2) - since there's just a weak sound from the voice (or even no sound) on (2)'s tail. (same for 01:27:963 (1,2,3) - , 01:38:231 (1,2,3) - , 01:43:364 (1,2,3) - , 01:48:498 (1,2,3) - changed all mentioned above to 3/2 sliders. Same reason above as i have hard time mapping low sr diffs :/

I think HP could be 5, it's generally what's used for hard like this (with many 1/2 patterns) i feel like 5 is too high for this diff. its not even 3* yet so.. but we'll see
00:16:092 (1) - I don't think the reverse is a good pattern here because you miss a pretty loud sound at 00:16:573 - (it's what you did for 00:26:359 (1,2,3) - ) change reversed to just 1/1
00:17:696 (2,1) - This overlap is a bit ugly in my opinion (and you can see it while playing) got changed because of the mod above
00:30:209 (1,2,3,4) - I'm not a big fan of this pattern, because first 00:30:209 (1,2,3) - this part is hard to read for the player that plays Hard diffs, and then because you have a huge jump at 00:31:172 (4,1) - which is something I don't see on a "slow" (compared to the kiai time) part like this. fixed patterns and flows
00:33:258 (3) - This slider just emphasize a weak beat on his head, and it misses an important sound at 00:33:418 - . I would suggest this pattern : http://puu.sh/uPWpj.jpg (even a 1/4 reversed slider instead of 3 if you want) fixed rhytmn and applied your suggestion but instead made 00:33:097 (2) - 00:33:258 (3) - a clickable notes

00:41:760 (1) - This slider is too high in the screen, it barely touches the score numbers, please move it somewhere else, like (308,32). fixed
00:43:685 (3,4) - The pattern here reflects the song, but it's maybe a too huge jump for a slow part like this. Maybe make 00:43:525 (2,3) - a 1/2 reverse slider fixed pattern. no changes on rhythm
01:04:220 (3,4) - The flow here is really breaked, and this isn't something right to do for a Hard diff. You can fix this for exemple by using CTRL+G on (3) applied

00:15:129 (2,3) - make these sliders symmetrical lol
00:16:092 (1) - ^
00:19:942 (1) - curve this slider a little bit to the right, it makes it look and play nicer imo
00:25:717 (3,4) - these sliders sound different to 00:24:434 (3,4) - , so change their shape
00:30:209 (1) - subtle curve to the right to make it play and look nicer, it also fits the curving structure of these sliders since they repeat themselves
00:34:060 (1,2,4) - these sliders are on soft sounds, so curve them. for contrast, 00:35:985 (3) - isn't on a vocal/soft sound so it's appropriate to not curve it
00:37:108 (2,4) - ^
00:39:193 (1) - i would use a red anchor for similar reasons above, it contrasts the sounds of sharp and soft
01:11:279 (1) - curve this slider a little bit to blanket the note, similar reasons for 00:19:942 (1) and 00:30:209 (1)
01:13:846 (1) - this is fine as it is, i'm just pointing out because I don't want you curving every long slider. it also adds contrast to the other sliders since this one sounds different, which is good!

Only a two jumps parts in Extra confuse me D: but i think its my reading but in case here if you want to change it

you might wanna check the flow in Extra. Most of your mapping is dependent on circular flow, which would be fine if it didn't last so long

00:12:402 - to 00:22:509 - is entirely clockwise, then from there until 00:34:060 - is entirely counterclockwise and so on. It gets better halfway, but then you fall back on it later on. If you want to map dependent on circular flow I would advice making it more dynamic by switching it more often. Otherwise the map just becomes too predictable
Extra also has much faster sliders than I would like, but I guess that's harder to change
