Allow to comment and like a score/replay

I think it would be nice to comment and like replay.
It just add another aspect of telling people how well they did there score and how much you enjoy look at it. :)
I know it's not that important but it's just a little feature not to big to make so it will be easy and simple to do :P

You can already comment. Click on discussion in top right. Make sure to select "player"

For me it just show Difficulty and song :\

You have to have interface on, as seen here:
You click on the "discussion" tab, then select player.
You have to be watching a replay to do this.
