just a general question what are the forums like?
You can use the forums to view osu feature request (do your votes for things you think are awesome), ask for help regarding anything (do check the wiki out first though), request for banners/signatures/profile edits in the art forums... quite alot of things. How the forums will be like is based on how you use and treat it.
