So i found a skin i really like especially the notes/sliders etc but i dont like the rest how do i switch out everything exept the notes/sliders etc

If you want to make a mixed skin, which is to combine elements from different skins that you did not make. All you have to do is open the skin folder and take out the elements that you want and put in in your new one.
