letter boxing on stable fallback release request

does it possible to add letter boxing on stable fallback release?

^while playing on stable fallback on full screen is very very wide (in low resolution in widescreen monitor) and feels weird to play(especially people who play on low end PC)

The build hasn't been updated in over like 6 months I believe. Is there a specific reason you're using fallback? You shouldn't need to use it.

im still using fallback its the most stable fallback release to play with it...

i tried latest also cant handle my game play (suggesting to upgrade my set up is not good also because i cant afford it)

You can go to CuttingEdge and enable Compatibility mode
It seems to work for me properly

sorry for double posting but i need to bump this... i believe cutting edge and stable latest will only support with DX 10 and up...(and also Cutting edge only available from supporters too)

im using a low laptop which has DX 8 and below which i believe...

You don't need to go to CuttingEdge to try Compat. mode. Stavle(Latest) will have the option as well.

Does Compat. mode do anything? It should in this case.

i only know compat. mode will only install which version can handle the most of your PC spec(compat. mode will only available or see in stable latest option). (Cutting edge will not include in that list) only stable latest (unless you have DX10 support and higher) Stable fallback (with DX9 or below like using Old components) and im one of those using old components

Edit : Cutting edge crash either (i had to uninstall the game again back and forth)

im currently on win. 7 now playing with XP wont grant those release except stable fallback :D

Stable fallback has no support so I wonder what asking might do tbh...
As for the thread itself, it started as a request, so I'd rather leave it here.
If anything at all, create a new one in the Help forum, but this one is clearly a feature request.

wait does it mean stable fallback wont support letter boxing?

but i will try to post there but i think it would end up the same there?

Fallback will never be updated again. All developement is on stable, beta, and cutting edge

Fallback doesn't longer being updated and our devs is focused with the other builds, plus the lazer so unfortunately I don't think this will happen. :/
