[confirmed] osu! fails to start up if no audio device is connected

Problem Details:
osu! crashes on start-up when no audio device is connected (aka. all are disabled or disconnected as seen in the windows playback devices window).
Just to test this, it did work on stable fallback.

Additionally in some cases it also crashes while disconnecting the only audio device after just starting up the game (no crash report, just freezes)

System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
