If you hit 69k after signing up, will you still be able to take part?

When the registration phase is over, you can rank how much you'd want.
Simply said: You can register right now, and rank down to 65k untill the 6th of April which is when the registration phase will end.

https://osu.ppy.sh/s/300195 this map is too hard. Its tough on its own but with HR? 3 players on the scoreboard have played this with HR. You really can't expect a 150k rank to play this, its not really fair. There is a reason why players don't have HR on incomputable

I've read that before i commented. Still, some of those picks are unreasonable. I mean, I asked a #300 rank to play this and he found it difficult. Try sticking to maps that dont go over 5*X-Blade wrote:
