please make a me a ranking panel with this image(https://f1.bcbits.com/img/a3899450211_10.jpg).
If not asking too much keep the theme mainnly red.

Why you not try alone..... Open adobe photoshop >> drag image to photoshop >> save as (CTRL+SHIFT+S) to your skin >> save with format .PNG

done and test in osu

And please you can speaking about skin osu in here 15 don't create thread in art (rules t/389676) except you create thread for shop editing avatar, signature, banner, and many more....
