How to make your hitcircles transparent?

Right now my hitcircles are completely opaque and filled in on the inside. I want to make it semi transparent, kinda like a bubble.

Kappa Skin by RainAid(NSFW Warning) is an example of what I want it like.

Better yet, could anyone help me make my sliders and hitcircles exactly like that?

It's NSFW so yeah, just a warning.

I can send my skin.ini file and stuffs, but otherwise Im completely clueless on how to do this.

To answer your question, you may want to reduce the opacity on your hitcircle.png

also I can make you avatars if you ask nicely :^)

Oh this isnt my skin XP I just wanted the hitcircles from it. My skin is worse LOL
