This happens when osu! is in tray bar for 30 or more minutes i saw this happen with the chat the close button is big but i miss recording that.

If you need more information about my system i will give.

does this still happen?
There was a huge update, so this possibly could have been a one time thing or is already fixed.

That's texture corruption. Check for graphics card updates.
