I'm using circle size 3, it's kind of hard to avoid in its current state.

Also include a preview point on Easy (and I would lower the OD slightly)

Keep countdown consistent on every difficulty

Both Alace and ploy agree timing is off so popped for now~

Go to Timing/Timing Setup
Select all the sections except for the red
On the timing tab it should allow you to change their offset.
If you already knew that, disregard this

I was under the impression that that method was broken and sometimes messes with your green sections' settings

It's a hit or miss really. Only failed me once.
Upon a closer look, the fact that the inherited sections come slightly before the notes is probably a good thing.

Resnap your inherited sections. It affects stuff like 00:36:826 - on Hard. That's not intentional, is it?
00:38:668 - Remove this kiai burst. It feels too excessive. Just starting the section with kiai is enough, not repeating it.

Easy:

01:01:563 (1) - Remove new combo for that lovely consistency.
01:08:010 - Prebreak thing appears to be 1/4 off.
02:08:931 (1) - Remove new combo for that lovely consistency.
02:15:510 - Prebreak thing appears to be 1/4 off.

Hard:

00:45:247 (5) - New combo to seperate this properly like the previous sections did.
00:54:721 - Adding a circle here and 1/2 after here (with a clap!

) would help make the chorus feel less hollow and easier than the verse.
