Because some spinners are hard to notice without that approach circle

I sort of agree with you here. Certain skins make it hard to determain if there is a spinner or not when there's no approach circle, but if you play a map more than once you can remember to spin there. So I don't really think it's necessary, but it would be nice to have.

Hidden also makes it hard to notice when to hit the notes. Sometimes I dont even know where they are!

It's hidden, so it likely doesn't change. That doesn't change the fact that I agree with this though
