My suggestion is that you can create a #Whatever and add your friends to it so its like a chat group that stays!
You could have commands like:
/invite {PlayerName}
/leave
/mute - To not receive notifications from the group.
Group staff like:
Moderators:
/kick {PlayerName}
Admins:
/promote - Promote a player to moderator of the group.
/kick {PlayerName}
/rename {Whatever} To rename the group.
Obviously this can include alot more commands but thats just a few.
