All good imo.

[Normal]
00:28:126 (2) - This could be confusing to read, I guess you can horizontally flip everything from 00:28:126 to 00:32:813 without having any spacing issues.
00:31:876 (5) - Finish?
00:43:126 (6) - ^
01:28:126 (T) - This part feels sort of empty, perhaps you could replace 01:28:126 (3) with a slider?

[Hard]
The spaced-out triplets make this too hard to be a Hard D:
00:05:977 (6,7) - Ctrl+R?
00:31:641 (5) - Finish?

Blue: Sugestion. Not necessary, but should take good effects.
Green: Notification or cosmetic thing. May, but don't have to be fixed.
Orange: Should be fixed.
Red: Have to be fixed.
