2. Type of participans - 1 vs 1
3. Which mods - only Relax (no hd, no hr, only relax)
4. Winning condition - accuracy
5. Rank req - 20k-80k (but now we really don't care if you pass this rank)
6. We don't like cheaters and smurfs accounts (the same about offline-players)
7. If you have questions, write on priv msg.
8. Now be single-elimination bracket - without looser bracket
9. Matches be played on weekend, on afternoon/evening/night utc times - no mornings/midday times
10. No special prizes this time - only winner signature

Rules
1. All mappols be relased just now
2. Date of rounds and brackets will be relased when register be closed
3. All maches be played on GMT/UTC time
4. I and tour mods make rooms and invite players (WE PLAY ON TOUR TOO, our games we have no right to judge - other refrees)
5. No extra players are allowed in the room (only tour staff and players)
6. Both players may choose 1 Warm-up map each - SHORTER THAN 4 MINUTES
7. If player doesn't show up until 10 minutes after the scheduled start time, opponent won 1-0
8. If a player extends the match (example he don't picking map for 5/10 minutes) then this player loose pick and opponent get one point

Both players can ban or protect 2 maps
10. Player with higher !roll will start the warm-up/ban/protect/pick Phase
11. In case of tie (3-3,4-4 e.t.c) a Tie-Breaker map will be played
12. If players get the same acc on map - then second condition will be combo (IF COMBO BE THE SAME TOO, then be rematch
13. Respect opponent player
14. If player disconected, must show ss from game bug or lost connection (only if disconnect be before half map or when the winner was not chosen[close match-3/4 map], or if player who winning map), then be rematch
15. Staff have last word about contentious situations
