Open your map in the editor, select File from the top of the screen, and go to "open .osu in notepad". Find the "timingpoints" section, and copy this bulk into it (replacing what you currently have). Then save, exit the editor, go back in, and you should have your updated timing. It's nowhere near perfect, but close enough to let you map.
