Ok, Just a few tips:

Timing: all beatmaps need to be well timed, even if you are just placing spinners.

I would suggest BPM 156 & 5093ms Offset, subject to other mod's comments who'm may have a better ear. You will need to re-snap & adjust things after this change for sure.

I would also change the difficulty setting from insane ;)

To be honest, I don't like too many spinners in a map myself, I'd much rather see groups of notes in between spinners just to liven things up.
