As simple as that:
Make "Ignore beatmap hitsounds" also ignore the beatmap specific volume changes to timing sections.
If I'm ticking the box to ignore custom sounds it is already because I don't want to deal with the weird hitsounds the mapper choose to his map, but I still have to deal with mappers deciding that putting a certain timing section of the song at 10% making them almost inaudible.
It's just that the box is checked, supposedly the player don't want the "customized" experience.
