If counting TAG4 maps which aren't "pp worth" - probably ExGon Niko Niko Douga TAG4 SS.
From pp worth ranked maps, dunno, if API allow to pull scores and compute them, maybe that's the way. Other thing if you will need to pull a lot of data.

Don't know what you mean. If you mean the highest pp SSs, then it would be hvick's HDDT SS on Rally Go Round, and for HR it would be Bikko's HDHR SS on Senketsu no Chikai.
