It seems that your video hardware does not support DirectX 9. Out of interest, what card do you have? DirectX 9 was released in 2002, so most any hardware bought since then will support the game fine.

My Card support DirectX 9 :p (I play on ragnarok)

Wait, i download Everest for the full specification of my mothercard

EDIT:
This is the Everest result:
DirectX 4.09.00.0904 (DirectX 9.0c)
Motherboard MSI K7N2 Delta-L (MS-6570G)
Video Card NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 440 with AGP8X (64 Mo)

I don't know what that program is displaying exactly (I suspect its the version of DX you have installed, not the version supported by your graphics card). I'm afraid the Geforce4 MX series doesn't even support DX8 shader features (letalone DX9 stuff).
[quote="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GeForce_4_Series":3537c]The GeForce4 MX lacked the programmable vertex and pixel shaders of its bigger brother the GeForce4 Ti. While this did not directly impact speed, advanced Direct-X 8 rendering effects were not possible.Graphics cards that support DirectX9 include:

DirectX 9.0
  1. ATI Radeon 9500/9550/9600/9700/9800 series
  2. ATI Radeon X300/X600 series
  3. ATI Express-200 integrated graphics
  4. Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 900 and 950 series (no hardware vertex shader)
  5. XGI Volari series
  6. SiS Mirage 3
  7. S3 Chrome series, including DeltaChrome and GammaChrome but excluding UniChrome integrated graphics
DirectX 9.0b
  1. nVidia GeForce FX series
  2. ATI Radeon X700/X800/X850 series
  3. AMD 690G/V chipset and Radeon Xpress 1250
DirectX 9.0c
  1. nVidia GeForce 6 Series
  2. nVidia GeForce 7 Series
  3. ATI Radeon X1K series
  4. Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 3000 (Intel® GMA 3000)

I have nVidia GeForce4 MX 440 and i can't run Osu! It says the same error than first post

Yes, at this time the Geforce 440mx is unsupported, as you can see it's not listed above in the compatible cards list.

This may change in time, but currently it is a requirement of Microsofts XNA managed runtime environment - which is used in this game. peppy is working on removing the requirement, but even then there's no guarantee it'll run on a Geforce 4 series card.

Thanks Phill ^^

I have directX 9 or 10 and an integrated graphics card, and I got this error.

Do I need to downgrade or something? Because I need 10 for some other games.

What is the integrated card? If you'll look at the list, you'll see the following integrated cards should be supported:

# ATI Express-200 integrated graphics
# Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 900 and 950 series (no hardware vertex shader)
# AMD 690G/V chipset and Radeon Xpress 1250
# ATI Radeon X1K series
# Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 3000 (Intel® GMA 3000)

This should also include nVidia's integrated 6050/6150 motherboards I think aswell.
