1. Rafis - simply the best player out there, worked hard for the entire year and absolutely deserves spot as #1 player in Poland and maybe even in the world for 2015.
2. WubWoofWolf - not as active as in previous years but it didn't stop him from making some sick scores. Consistency God, and even though he lost some of his speed/stamina his aim is getting better and better. Still amazing player, absolute elite and I hope he'll play a little bit more this year.
3. Wilchq - proves that mouse can do everything. Insane reading with hidden, great HDHR scores and some clutch plays during the OWC.
4. r0ck - storming through the ranks like crazy, his HR and DT skills are insane and I'm sure if he keeps going like this next year people all around the world will start noticing him, one of the most underrated Polish players IMO.
5. AmaiHachimitsu - another great mouse player, his aim and HR skills are amongst the very very best in this game, also CS:GO God :^)
6. SpajdeR - great reading skills combined with good control and aim makes him solid candidate for one of the best players in Poland
7. fartownik - living legend of Polish osu! community, still not slacking behind the young guns. Many people thought he's done after all these years of playing, but he still keeps setting better and better scores.
8. DudsonZ - great DT player, great HR player, what's there to ask more? I think he went into a little slump towards the end of last year but he's still amazing player who set many crazy scores in 2015.
9. Lucid Astray - another great HR player on the list, his aim, control and accuracy gave him a spot in the Polish OWC team, sadly he didn't got to showcase his skills on stream but I'm sure he wouldn't let the team down.
10. Hydra - there are lots of players I could probably put on this spot, I decided to go with Hydra because I think he's the one who finished 2015 on a high note and will go into 2016 with motivation to go even higher. Insane HDHR scores easily make him one of the top players in Poland.
EDIT: Added my reasoning, didn't read that part in main post when I voted.
