Make It Easier for skinners to make it downloadable!

make a built in Software so people can Submit skins to the "Completed Skins" for skins. Here's what I want, when the player finishes a skin, in "Options" in the main menu, people can have a choice to "Submit to Completed Skin Forums" or "Skin Help" So people can help finish the skin.

This requires skins to be uploaded to the servers, which will cause massive strains
Just upload to puush/mediafire/dropbox etc. and post a link

Isn't this sort of planned with the skin versioning thing flyte teased us with? The skin storing on osu! servers part I mean.
